Your Dreams Are Products Of Your Reality: Dream It, And You Can Do It!

In life, there are so many possibilities, and each one can only come true when you are ready to give it a try.

For instance, the process of creating a vision board is one that so many people dread, and in case you haven’t tried one yourself, I suggest that you do so.

So, in this article, I shall be sharing with you some simple step by step process of creating one.

Step 1: Flip through your old piles of magazine pulling out pictures or words or headlines that spark a flame.

For a visual representation of your goal. Don’t commit to any yet, just make a pile of cutouts and have fun with it.

Step 2: Now it’s time to commit, as you filter through your magazine cutouts eliminating images you don’t find necessary, now begin to lay the clippings on your board as this might give a sense of direction.

For instance, you might decide to assign a theme to each corner of the board such as; Personal development, Health, School, Relationship etc.

Alternatively, it may just be that the images you want to go all over the place.  However, remember not to overthink the process, let go and allow your creativity to speak.

Step 3: Glue everything onto the board. Add writing if that’s the style you’re going for. You can also paint on it, add glitters (if that’s your thing), or write with markers.

Step 4: Leave space in the very centre of your dream board for quotes, affirmation words that keep you inspired on a daily or a photo of yourself where you look radiant and happy.

Step 5: Hang your vision board in a place where you will see it often try, keeping your vision board on the nightstand next to your bed. And affirm your dreams daily because if you can dream it you can do it.

There you have it as a visual representation of your dreams, goals, and vision. Sure, visualization can help increase motivation and confidence

This process is a very inspiring one as you will feel the positivity flowing through you, and you will learn much through the process.
